D Magazine named 4 Supreme Lending Mortgage Originators in their first ever “Best Mortgage Professionals” Issue. We’re Growing
The Supreme Lending corporate office was recently relocated to a new, larger 40,000 square foot facility with enough room to keep expanding! We moved to the Dallas North Toll Way in Addison, Texas which is known for its wide variety of restaurants.

Great, Experienced Appraisers
A1 Closing, which is our appraisal company of choice, is headed by a manager who has over 25 years of experience in the residential appraisal industry, 15 of which has been in appraisal management. Greg Reynolds is also a nationally recognized public speaker on appraisal topics and has written an appraisal textbook (currently in editing/print and submission for approval with the state of Texas for ACE credit). A1 Closing has two seasoned appraiser/reviewers who work as Valuation Analysts and a CSR team that is second to none. A1 Closing’s vendor panel is currently at 1,500 well qualified appraisers in over 30 states.

Supreme’s Post Closing Department has over 166 years of mortgage experience. In the month of July, Post Closing got 779 loans purchased by investors and shipped out 784 loans. To accommodate the work load the department has grown from 3 employees to 12 in less than 3 years. That is growth.
Supreme Takes Branch Support Seriously
Our Branch Support managers handle an average of 65 to 70 branches, and assists with the transition of getting branches up and running quickly. On average the branch support staff fields 1,000 calls and 7,500 emails a month. Each staff member is dedicated to providing each request with efficiency and courtesy as we know your issue is our issue.
Experience Matters
Supreme’s collective experience totals 65 years in branch support, 17 years in marketing, and over 166 years in mortgage industry post-closing. A1 Closing’s manager has 25 years of experience, our leadership team has 102 years of combined experience in the mortgage industry, and each underwriter and closer averages 25 years of experience.
Quality is the Key
With over 25 combined experiences, the Quality Control department ensures the salability of Supreme’s loans by adhering to the guidelines of our investors as well as the agencies that regulate our industry. QC works with the branches and investors to facilitate smooth closings and quality loans and maintain compliance.
Underwriting Relationships
Each branch is set up with an underwriter. Depending on volume, a branch will either have its own underwriter or share an underwriter with another branch. The underwriters, closers and processing staff who all average 25 years of mortgage experience each fund over $9 million a month. Go Underwriting!
