Our Company
Supreme Lending is a Dallas, Texas-based mortgage lender that was formed in 1999 by Scott Everett. Mr. Everett, who serves as the company's president, recognized the critical need for a mortgage banker to help homebuyers successfully and painlessly navigate through the financial aspects of the home buying process.
The dynamic firm continues to expertly serve homebuyers by recruiting the most knowledgeable and ethical loan officers and providing them with cutting edge advantages. These include loan products that give our professionals a distinct competitive advantage in the marketplace. Loan officers are able to provide competitive interest rates and an impressive variety of loan products - including specialty loans - to fulfill customer needs and increase their own earnings.
Supreme Lending is a correspondent lender enabling loan officers to save customers significant costs and fees that a middleman (i.e., a mortgage broker) will charge. Our advanced technology - a combination of expert Internet use plus our advanced processing software and automated underwriting systems - provides additional savings with lower rates and fees while expediting the loan process. We also underwrite, close and fund loans in-house, eliminating the overhead and bureaucracy that can burden larger institutions. Supreme Lending always utilizes the "best practices" of lending to ensure the most compliant procedures to protect our customers and our company.
Supreme Lending's professional support staff have grown significantly in recent years. Scott Everett is the founder and president of Supreme Lending. Since its inception in 1997, Scott has grown Supreme Lending from a small
single-office operation to a nationwide lending institution of over 70 branches. With a background of over 17 years in the mortgage
industry - and a passion for technology - Scott has cultivated a business that has stood the test of time. Even through the turbulence of
the mortgage crisis, Supreme Lending has continued to grow. What's his secret? A commitment to embracing technology and dedication to the
success of the individual loan officer. Scott's leadership has led to many accomplishments for Supreme; most recently, moving to a new,
larger corporate office facility. His most treasured success has been witnessing the positive impact Supreme Lending has had in the lives
of both employees as well as clients. And he's not stopping there! Scott's vision for the future is to see Supreme Lending as the number
one privately held mortgage bank in the United States. Until then, Scott continues to inspire and nurture his team on the road to success!
Rick Hogle has spent a decade in various aspects of mortgage banking.
Originally a Loan Officer, Rick accepted the challenge as Branch Manager for a national mortgage lender and flourished in that capacity for 4 years.
Rick originally joined Supreme Lending as a Branch Manager and operated that branch for a year.
His next venture was to energize and "build out" our in-house retail origination team. Expanding origination from one office to four, in only two years, retail branch volume more than doubled as a result of his efforts! Now serving as Vice President of National Production,
Rick has continued to play an essential role in all aspects of branch promotion, training and implementation.
Rick's goal for the future is to continue to grow and nurture our team of branches while improving service levels.
Tony Schmeck contributes an extensive 25 years of experience in the financial arena. Beginning as a CPA with Price Waterhouse, Tony has recently served as Director for a Texas Community Bank, as well as engaging in the commercial and residential mortgage banking sectors. Joining Supreme Lending in 2009 as our CFO, Tony is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial and accounting functions. He has been instrumental in the evolution of Supreme’s SAM*E automated accounting and reporting processes and prides himself in his commitment to providing precise, timely, and straightforward financial information, which has always been his professional trademark.

James E. Iley, Jr.
James E. Iley, Jr. brings to Supreme Lending a strong leadership background with over 22 years of industry experience. In his role, James will oversee the daily management of
the Branch Support Team, the Production Team and all branch operations across
the country.
James’ goal is to not only have very targeted growth but to also add value to the
organization. He plans to quickly show positive results from methods developed and
implemented under his leadership.
James' objective is to make Supreme Lending an authority in the
overall management of successful branches while also assisting
Supreme in achieving its vision of becoming the Best Mortgage Banking Company in America.
Dave MacDonald brings over twenty years of Information Technology (IT) Industry experience to our organization. His last 10 years have been focused on mortgage finance technology. Here at Supreme, he is responsible all IT application systems, data and telephone networks, and the computer data center. Dave's experience also includes managing multiple projects and teams with diverse skills and integrating multiple hardware platforms and software configurations. His main focus this past year has been on building a solid IT infrastructure to handle our future growth. Supreme Lending IT goals for the next year will concentrate on implementing innovative application software and continuing to be industry leader in the realm of technology.

In January of 2008, when we were deciding which company to join, we knew that the mortgage industry was going through a period of tremendous change, and it was going to be more critical then ever to join forces with a highly supportive company that had a strong commitment to growth and longevity. In 2008, things started changing in the mortgage business. I had owned my own broker shop for 20 years. We had always been one of the larger broker shops in the Dallas area. We had great deals with our investors, such as pricing and special turn times in underwriting and closing. When everything changed, and companies started going out of business left and right, we went from being a prestigious investor account to where they did not care at all what type of service or turn times we received. So as new laws and regulations started to take shape, I knew it was only a matter of time until I got pushed out of the business if I didn’t align myself with a company that understood the main fundamentals of pricing, customer service and turn times.
I spent over a year researching and trying to find a company to meet my needs. I have known Scott Everett for almost 20 years, and I just keep coming back to Supreme Lending. Supreme has more tools to be successful than any other company in the nation. Also, because of my long friendship with Scott, I knew that he was rock solid. I had to be selective in the wake of so many companies going out of business. I do not like change and didn’t want to join an organization that wasn’t a good fit or was on the verge of collapse. Supreme Lending has all I could ask for and then some! It has been the best decision I have ever made. I just wish I would have made the transition a long time ago!

Making my move to Supreme Lending last year was a leap of faith, in the management team of Scott Everett and Staci Pierce. I have been in the mortgage industry for more than 25 years and worked for the same company for most of those years. I now have been here for a year, and feel that it was the best move of my career. I have been in the mortgage business for more than seventeen years here in the Austin area and have spent a majority of that time as a mortgage broker. However, I am now proud to call myself a "reformed" mortgage broker, now a mortgage banker. This transition began in winter 2006, when I began to see the writing on the wall for mortgage brokers. At that time I began my search for a compatible mortgage banker with which to start up a new branch. It was a big decision to go from being an owner of a mortgage broker to an employee of a mortgage banker. However, in 2008 that is what I did. My staff joined Supreme Lending and from the very start, not only did we feel "at home", but we found that this National company had the same attitude and philosophy we did as a small broker.
