Prior to originating in any state, branches are required to review the state requirements regarding Branches and Loan Officers in the Approved States. Supreme Lending is an un-supervised lender for HUD. We are based in Dallas, Texas; therefore, our license will show as such on HUD's website and on FHA Connection. Many states exempt us from licensing strictly for government loans. This means you can originate HUD loans even if you do not have a license in that state. If you decide to join Supreme Lending, we have a dedicated Licensing Department to assist you with any licensing issues or exemptions in your state.
